LeadRaptor is operated by Allen Operations Limited, a Labuan International Business Company registered in Malaysia (LL22185). We provide done-for-you Meta lead generation services to Singapore SMEs. Our primary contact for privacy matters is paul@leadraptor.io.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any other information submitted via our contact form or during onboarding. We collect business data relating to your campaigns: ad spend, lead volumes, conversion rates, and campaign performance. We collect data about your leads through the WhatsApp AI qualification system: names, WhatsApp numbers, conversation transcripts, and qualification status. We collect technical data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and cookies when you use our website or client portal.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver and improve the Service, set up and manage your Meta advertising campaigns, operate the WhatsApp AI qualification system, send you lead notifications and performance reports, communicate with you about your account, invoice and process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
4. Your Leads' Data
Your WhatsApp leads are people who have interacted with your ads and entered into an AI-assisted conversation. Their data is collected on your behalf. You are the data controller for your leads' personal data. LeadRaptor acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of lead data complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and any other applicable data protection laws. Lead data is stored securely and is accessible only to you and LeadRaptor staff operating your account.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with third parties necessary to deliver the Service: Meta Platforms for ad campaign management, 360dialog for WhatsApp Business API infrastructure, Calendly for meeting booking, Supabase for secure database hosting, Vercel for platform hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and MailerLite for email communications. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. We do not share your data with any other parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months following termination, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Lead conversation data is retained for 24 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required for accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting paul@leadraptor.io, subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security in our database, access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing of your data, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
