Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners. LeadRaptor uses cookies on our website and client portal to ensure core functionality and improve your experience.
2. Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies: Essential cookies, which are necessary for the website and client portal to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in, security tokens that protect against unauthorised access, and preference cookies that remember your settings. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our site, which pages are visited most, and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on leadraptor.io itself, though Meta's pixel may be present on client-facing landing pages created as part of your campaigns.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some functionality on our platform is provided by third parties who may set their own cookies: Supabase sets cookies related to authentication sessions. Stripe sets cookies related to payment security. Calendly may set cookies when meeting booking widgets are embedded. These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the client portal and some website features from working correctly. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation.
5. Cookie Duration
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period. Authentication cookies for the client portal persist for 7 days by default to keep you logged in. Analytics cookies typically persist for 12 months.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or regulation. We will post any updates on this page with a revised date.
